Twilight Drawing (the "Drawing") OFFICIAL RULES

No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

To enter the Drawing, entrant must complete all required, non-optional information on the entry form, including complete name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, telephone number, and e-mail address, and deposit in official entry box. Only one (1) entry per person, family or household.

Twenty-eight (28) winners (each a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners") shall be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Sponsor and/or its designee from among all eligible entries received between 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on November 17, 2011 and 8:00 pm PT on November 18, 2011 (the "Promotion Period").

Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who must be at least 13 years of age or older at the time of Entry. Any Winner under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied to the Drawing by a parent or legal guardian. Employees of LA Live Cinemas, LLC ("Sponsor"), Regal Cinemas, Inc., LA Live Properties, LLC and Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners). Entrants must be able to travel to Regal Cinemas L.A Live on Friday, November 18, 2011 for the Drawing and announcement of Winners at approximately 8:30 p.m. PT. WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT AT DRAWING TO BE ELIGIIBLE.

Winners: Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

Prize: Twenty-eight (28) Winners will attend a meet and greet with Jackson Rathbone and all other Winners to take place at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California on Friday, November 18, 2011 at approximately 9:00 p.m. PT (exact time subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion) (each a "Prize" and collectively, the "Prizes").

Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions.

Entrants must complete all non-optional data on the entry form in order to be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries are void. Winners shall be randomly selected by Sponsor or its designee on Friday, November 18, 2011 at approximately 8:30 p.m. PT. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entrants must be able to travel to Regal Cinemas L.A Live on Friday, November 18, 2011 at approximately 8:00 p.m. and be present for a live announcement of the Winners. If any potential winner is not present when their name is called, then an alternate winner will be selected.

All federal, state and local taxes related to the Prize is the sole responsibility of each Winner. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including but not limited to any parking, travel to and from Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California, and any other expense or cost, not expressly included above, is each Winner's sole responsibility. Additional restrictions may apply. Each Winner (or if Winner is under the age of 18, then Winner's parent or Legal Guardian must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, Publicity and W9 prior to the meet and greet in order to be an eligible Winner and to receive Prize. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts at laws principles. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Drawing is void where prohibited

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Drawing and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements. By entering the Drawing, each Winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, and each of their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Drawing or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize, and each Winner grants to Sponsor, the right to publicize such Winner's name and/or likeness in any medium without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor is entitled to use personal data contained in all entry forms, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy accessible at: lalive.commovies. Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails and promotional materials from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Drawing is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and promotional materials.  The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Winner agrees to waive any and all claims against Sponsor, Regal Cinemas, Inc., LA Live Properties, LLC, and Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, tenants, sponsors, advertising or promotion agencies and each of their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss, including death, that may occur from participation in the drawing or from the receipt or use of any Prize.

Results will be available after November 18, 2011. Requests for results must be received by November 30, 2011.
