The 1,001 guest room, 54-story tower hosting The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Los Angeles and
JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE is the new focal point of the Downtown Los Angeles
skyline and a beacon for the South Park neighborhood. As the cornerstone of the
L.A. LIVE campus, the two hotels will be operated as two separate entities. Three
separate entities, the complex serves both the convention and tourist industries with
JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE on floors 1-21 and five-staraccommodations at
